Now that CCleaner includes Yahoo toolbar as part of its install routine, it's time to see if there's anything better out there. And, apparently, there is. gHacks reviews iSysCleanerPro (free), which has no spyware/toolbars and also removes installation debris so cleans brighter than CCleaner.

Mac users have had information forks for years. But, did you know you can add information (text, visual, even exe files) to a text file in its fork. The fork is hidden from prying eyes and the file shows up as the same size as the original text file, so it could be somewhere to stash your passwords without anyone ever knowing they're there.

Have you ever tried booting up Windows one day and it stuck at "Windows is starting up" screen for at least 15 minutes or longer before you could get to the user list? Or does your computer takes a lot of time before it can totally power down? Perhaps even logging off your user account is taking up a lot of time? If you've tried a lot of solutions but none worked and you are in the verge of formatting the hard drive to reinstall Windows, please see what do I have to say first.

Years ago, a friend of mine thought we'd "discovered" this principle, turns out it was something Marconi thought of in the nineteenth century.
